Position :
Medical Transcription/ Medical Typist

Job Responsibilities -

To transcribe the discharge summaries dictated.
Ensuring quality of output with marginal or zero errors.
Ensuring the documents is submitted on time to the consultant for signatures.
To coordinate with Nursing Team if dictation required help in interpretation.

- to do the discharge summary typing before the patient discharges

If the hand written summary received, type and send for consultants signature.
To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organization

**Desired Profile
- ****Graduate / H.S.C+ Course in Medical Transcription with experience of typing various reports having 2-3 years from Hospitals Industry. Working in shift duty is must.

Must have exposure in healthcare sector (Hospital)
