Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records, including receipts, shipments, and stock levels.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies, loss, or damage.
Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
Organize the warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods.

Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with transporters, and other external parties to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
Plan and optimize logistics activities to minimize transportation costs and maximize efficiency.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any transportation issues.

Warehouse Operations:
Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various warehouse processes.
Implement measures to prevent and manage damaged or defective goods.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve any quality-related issues.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze warehouse data and generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and operational efficiency.
Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize warehouse processes.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to warehouse operations.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 12th
  • Basic Knowledge of computer(Excel & Word Must)
  • Basic English
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jhajjar, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
