Implement monitor the compliance and effectiveness of the Incident Management Process ? Incident Trending ? Major Incident Management execution ? Incident Coordination / Bridge Handling & Coordination ? Incident Reporting ? Coordinating with Problem / Change / Event Management team members ? Escalation management for any reported escalations ? Process audit and compliance check ? People management ? Stakeholder Management ? Open to work in shift (24/7)
Skills And Experience Skills Required:
- ITIL certified professional on Incident Management Had prior experience of Incident / Major Incident Management Experience in managing teams / stakeholders Good communication and presentation skills Tools: BMC Remedy / Service Now / ITSM or any other industry standard ticketing tool.
