Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
- Assessing patient needs and planning nursing care accordingly.
- Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient wellbeing.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintaining accurate and complete health records.
- Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Reporting any adverse reactions or side effects promptly.
Health Education:
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
Infection Control:
- Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Implementing preventive measures to minimize the risk of infections.
Emergency Response:
- Responding effectively to medical emergencies and providing immediate care.
- Collaborating with emergency teams during critical situations.
Qualifications:

Education:
-
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) diploma from a recognized institution.
BSc in Nursing degree from an accredited university.

Experience:
- Minimum of
2-3 years of clinical experience as a Staff Nurse. - Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong clinical assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology.
- Compassionate, patientcentered approach.
Additional Information:
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
