Academic Counselor Roles & Responsibilities:

Course Inquiry Counseling

As a new inquiry came for course details then all the course details and their features need to be clearly explained

Students' status follow-up

After student joined, we must ensure that the training is proceeding as per the schedule and need to follow up on the status of each student

Lead First call & Live chat Maintenance

As enquiry can be made via phone calls or Live chat, after short details about training on phone make sure they will visit the office directly for further details and need to follow up if it necessary

Students Fees Follow up

Nschool Academy offering installment fees payable option, so we need to follow the Students regarding payments

Course Completion Certificate & Review Follow up

After each student's course completion, we will award Certificate, we need to get student review regarding course, trainer and institution.

Then Certificate awarding Photo and Video Testimonial of student need to be collected.

Should Have Good English Communication Must.
