Description
Responsible for managing the scrum process.

  • Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
  • Create and manage scrum boards and dashboards.
  • Coach the team for the daytoday execution. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for the project.
  • Exercise solid servant leadership skills.
  • Mentor the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
  • Help the team to be selforganized.
  • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments.
  • Help in team discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Responsible to conduct retrospective meetings.
  • Support the Product Owner during grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's Degree in any stream with 2+ years of relevant experience in project management/Scrum Master.
  • Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP.
  • Knowledge about Agile terminologies like: Sprints, User Stories, Continuous Integration, Backlogs, Automated Testing, Velocity etc.
  • Understand the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
  • Demonstrated project leadership skills / scrum master skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams and schedule.
  • Demonstrated project management skills / scrum master skills with multiple teams of varying size.
  • Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, teamoriented environment.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
