Description

Responsible for managing the scrum process.

Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
Create and manage scrum boards and dashboards.
Coach the team for the daytoday execution. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for the project.
Exercise solid servant leadership skills.
Mentor the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
Help the team to be selforganized.
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments.
Help in team discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Responsible to conduct retrospective meetings.
Support the Product Owner during grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in any stream with 2+ years of relevant experience in project management/Scrum Master.
Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP.
Knowledge about Agile terminologies like: Sprints, User Stories, Continuous Integration, Backlogs, Automated Testing, Velocity etc.
Understand the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
Demonstrated project leadership skills / scrum master skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams and schedule.
Demonstrated project management skills / scrum master skills with multiple teams of varying size.
Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, teamoriented environment.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
