Key Areas of Responsibility for Chat Process:

  • Handling incoming and respond to customers' chats
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
  • Route chats to appropriate resources
  • Document all chat information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer chats
  • Follow up customer chats where necessary
  • Complete chat logs and reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
