Key Areas of Responsibility for Chat Process:
- Handling incoming and respond to customers' chats
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Route chats to appropriate resources
- Document all chat information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer chats
- Follow up customer chats where necessary
- Complete chat logs and reports
- Other duties as assigned

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
