As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional support and assistance.
Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive customer experience- Respond to inbound tickets and queries of customers.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, and other team members based on trust and reliability.
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
- Thrive department productivity and quality standards.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
- Strive for first call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues.
- Communicate and follow instructions for one call customer resolution.
- Deliver amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns
Experience: 0-1 year

- Good communication in Hindi & English
- Willing to do both day & night shift
