Responsibilities:

Develop Training Curriculum:


  • Design and develop a comprehensive and structured training curriculum covering Java programming concepts, best practices, and relevant technologies.

Conduct Offline Training Sessions:


  • Deliver inperson training sessions to participants, ensuring a handson and interactive learning environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to help participants grasp complex Java concepts and develop practical programming skills.

Assessment and Feedback:


  • Evaluate the progress of participants through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help participants improve their Java programming skills.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in Java and related technologies to ensure the training content is current and relevant.

Address Questions and Concerns:


  • Answer participant questions and address any challenges or concerns they may have during the training sessions.

Create Learning Resources:


  • Develop supplementary learning materials, such as documentation, code samples, and exercises, to enhance the learning experience.

Classroom Management:


  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering active participation and collaboration among participants.

Adaptability:


  • Adjust training methods and materials based on the learning styles and needs of participants.

Report and Documentation:


  • Provide regular reports on the progress of participants and any challenges faced during the training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and training materials.

Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with the training team and other stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the training program.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java programming concepts.
  • Prior experience in delivering training sessions or workshops.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Patience and adaptability to work with individuals at various skill levels.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in Java development.
