Job Title:
CRM Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CRM Executive to join our real estate clients' team.

As a CRM Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing their customer relationship management system to optimize client interactions and enhance overall business efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate data entry, organization, and maintenance of client records, including maintaining records of payment information.
  • Responsible for the entire activities from postsales to till handover, ensuring timely documentation and collection commitments are met.
  • Handle customer queries and satisfy their requirements with the assistance of other departments, fostering positive client relationships.
  • Improve and implement CRM processes to enhance customer services and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as Finance, Legal, Sales, and Projects to streamline operations and ensure seamless communication.
  • Manage bank coordination for customers' loan facilitation and timely collection.
  • Devise methodologies to increase customer satisfaction by providing the right suggestions and solutions.
  • Generate leads from existing customers to expand business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of GST & RERA regulations in the real estate industry to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Understanding of data protection regulations and compliance standards.
  • Previous experience in training or coaching staff on CRM usage is desirable.

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹276, ₹400,000.00 per year
