Description
Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications with performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Should be able to coordinate with Clients and get the requirements done effectively
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an IT Recruiter
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands on experience with various selection
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Handson experience with recruiting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong decisionmaking skills
Salary:
₹9, ₹40,000.00 per month
