Description
customers, answer queries, clear doubts and forward messages to appropriateauthorities.
- Coordinate and follow up customer complaints and make sure that it is resolved.
- Maintain records and update department head
- Promptly attend to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Document all help desk interactions in the register/ system with details of the
- Respond to and redirect problems to correct resource/ department by raising tickets
attended and closed within 10 mints).
- Track and route problems which are pending and notify the department head.
- Prepare activity reports and share with the department head on daily basis.
- Stay up to date on information, changes and updates.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
