Field Sales Executive - Mumbai, India - Outsourced well
Description
We are looking for a confident Field Sales Executive for creating innovative sales strategies, working on the sales process and closing off deals.
As a sales executive, you will source new sales opportunities, pitch them, and close them. You will be playing a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of our GiftBoxes.
In-hand base salary: 20-25k / month and incentives on closing
Location:
Pune - Bizzbay Mall, NIBM, Kondhwa, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
Mumbai - comfortable with (BKC & South Bombay) area client visit on daily basis
(Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Get the orders using various B2B sales methods (doortodoor, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Forecast sales, develop outofthebox sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Meet HR managers or purchase departments of targeted companies, pitch them the concept of our Gift Box and
close off the deal with an order, while maintaining productive, longlasting relationships. - Meet quarterly personal sales targets.
- Research companies and generate or follow through sales leads.
- Research sales competitions, and attend sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned city.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
Proven 6+ months of sales experience or relevant role
:
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate oneonone meetings or presentations.
- Basic CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing trends.
- Ability to navigate basics of office suite (word/outlook/excel).
- Track record of sales turnover & relations with corporate managers.
- Experience working with kanban board methods. As well as computer use competency.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
