Description

The Marketing Graphic Designer will collaborate with key players on the marketing, sales, operations, and executive team to create designs for digital and offline media according to specifications

They will contribute to existing marketing programs while assisting with new initiatives including branded marketing and sales templates, event invitations, social media imagery, and more

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, Create and Deliver strong concept solutions for marketing in the following areas:

Branded templates (Marketing, Sales, Operations)
Employee newsletter and communications
Social media imagery
Digital ads
Other ad hoc requests

Ensure that all creative produced meets all brief requirements, this includes but is not limited to, correct dimensions, resolution, and format.

Organize and maintain projects and digital archives.

Maintaining and further elevating the brand aesthetic across all touchpoints

Working to various timelines, in a fast-paced environment while always delivering creative that is accurate, consistent, on time, and within budget.

May perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

6months to 1 year of proven experience as a Graphic Designer

Excellent eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Should have good technical skills flexible to work in the office location.
