Recruitment and Development Manager (RDM)


Main Job Responsibilities:


  • Recruit_
The primary role is to drive quality recruitment of Life Advisors and build up the agency business.

  • Coach _

Develop Life Advisors to make them self dependent by setting goals for them, conducting reviews and assisting them in their career path with Kotak Life Insurance.


  • Leader_
Drive sales for the company through their team of life advisors, motivate their team and lead them in meeting the goals set forth by the company


Age Limit:


  • 40 years

CTC LPA

Graduation Mandatory (any)

Experience
  • Outbound/
Field Sales Mandatory

Salary:
₹24, ₹33,000.00 per month
