Description

Responsibilities:

Analyze government RFP requirements, and scope of work and develop proposals that meet client needs
Actively participate in the development of technical, management, and pricing strategies for each bid
Review and provide input to win themes, discriminators, and graphics for proposal development
Work closely with operations teams to ensure proposal solutions align with client expectations
Prepare detailed project schedules and resource allocation plans
Execute targeted followups to agencies in order to confirm that the proposal submitted met client expectations and answer any queries
Assists in finding, entering, editing and managing critical data on opportunities.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in drafting and submitting successful proposals, preferably in the Gardening/Horticulture service sector
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Highly organized and able to maintain a calendar of upcoming bid opportunities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver highquality outcomes
Proven experience in developing solutions for complex requirements, with a focus on attention to detail
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Flexibility to work overtime to meet proposal submission deadlines
