Job Responsibilities:

Teach students using a variety of instructional strategies, including lectures, group discussions, and individual activities.
Incorporate technology and other resources into instruction to enhance student learning.
Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
Provide guidance and support to students as they navigate the English curriculum and prepare for exams.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and academic needs.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement schoolwide policies and initiatives.
Participate in professional development activities to stay current with advances in English education and teaching methodologies.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in English and a B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized University.
At least 23 years of teaching experience in a similar role, preferably in an English medium school.
Indepth knowledge of English language, literature, teaching methodologies, and current trends in English education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Passion for teaching and motivating students to achieve academic success.
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff in a teamoriented environment.
Willingness to participate in schoolrelated activities beyond the classroom, such as extracurricular events and school trips.
Familiarity with educational technology and digital teaching tools.
