Roles & Responsibility

Develop creative content, frame new questions and write easytounderstand solutions.
Review content and questions created by other SME/Content Developers to ensure quality.
Ensure constant upgradation of existing content for our various courses.
Analyse and research exam patterns, types of questions and difficulty levels to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams.
Planned, develop and execute the launch of new Test Series & Courses in coordination with Content Managers and other team members.
Analyze the performance of content using highend analytical tools, draw insights and improve content quality.
Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubts.
Train Content Developers (both inhouse and freelancers) to make them deliver better content.
Write informative articles on various topics for Testbook's blog that will help students in their preparation.

What we are looking for:

years of total work experience in Ed-Tech companies or product companies or any fast-growing startups etc.

Must have appeared/Qualified for any PGT/TGT Exam
An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference in the education sector in India.
Should have a strong passion for education, and be willing to learn new things.
Selfdriven, creative and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning.
Prior experience in teaching and content development.
Proven time management and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
Good interpersonal skills.
