About this role:


Performs Research and resolution of exceptions arising out of check processing errors such as encoding errors, misreads, listing errors, posted twice, etc.

Additionally, the team processes errors / images that are illegible or bad, also called as non-conforming images.

Provides research and resolution of bank to bank transaction errors, Wholesale customer adjustments, over-the-counter retail customer deposit disputes and missing work.

Team researches and resolves errors that occur during processing of checks through internal departments or from other banks.


In this role, you will:


Required Qualifications:


  • University degree in Business or related discipline
  • Strong analytical skills.

Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

  • Experience in operations support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Able to multitask to accomplish tasks effectively.
  • Able to interpret the documents or the requests received
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Good Math, reconciliation and accounts skills
  • Ability to work quickly & accurately while maintaining acceptable standards of workmanship
  • Quick learner with the ability to retain high volume of information
  • Ability to recognize and escalate any discrepancies identified or noticed while processing.
