• Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, and security settings
• Create and customize fields, objects, and layouts to meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain workflows, process builder, and automation tools
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business analysis and decisionmaking
• Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity within Salesforce
• Provide enduser support and training on Salesforce usage and best practices
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement Salesforce integrations with other systems
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
• Create and maintain documentation on Salesforce processes, procedures, and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
• Strong technical skills and understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
• Experience in customizing Salesforce fields, objects, workflows, process builder, and automation tools
• Proficient in creating reports and dashboards to support business analysis and decisionmaking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning preferred
