Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Sales.

In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, establish and nurture client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of our company.

Your efforts will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.

We are looking for a self-motivated professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong business acumen, and a passion for driving business success.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Business Development Manager in developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, analyze industry trends, and stay updated on competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including target market segments, products, and geographic areas.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of compelling sales proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our products/services.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns aimed at generating leads, converting them into customers, and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, followups, and exceptional customer service.
  • Actively participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to expand professional networks, promote our brand, and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards targets, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive customer database, ensuring accurate and uptodate information on leads, prospects, and clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify potential business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (23 years) in a business development or sales role, preferably within a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of business development principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, presentations, and reporting.

₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
