The L7 Product Manager plays a crucial role in defining the product vision, setting strategic goals, and aligning the product roadmap with the company's overall objectives.
They are responsible for prioritizing features, conducting market research, gathering customer insights, and ensuring the product meets customer needs throughout its lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success and make datadriven decisions
- Manage the product throughout its lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, growth, and eventual sunset
- Demonstrate strong problemsolving abilities and make informed decisions based on data, user feedback, and business objectives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and external partners, to ensure alignment and buyin
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in product management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management, software development, or user research for an established company; 23 years for an earlystage startup
- Strong understanding of React JS and familiarity with software development processes, APIs, and database management
- Experience with Agile methodologies, user experience (UX) design principles, and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Adaptability and continuous learning mindset in a fastpaced environment
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)/ Project Management Professional (PMP), or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect are a plus
