EXPERIENCE:

6 months - 2 years

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle customer queries and complaints via various channels.
Approach and resolve the queries and issues with a customer-centric attitude.
Offer exceptional customer experience and delight.
Adhere to the set SLA and TAT.
Achieve a high customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
Demonstrate the right attitude with the right tonality in all customer interactions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Any bachelor/master degree.
Proficient in English and Hindi.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
A quick learner.
Ability to multi-task.
Make decisions under pressure and time constraints.
