We are hiring for one of the fast-growing healthcare tech-enabled companies in Bangalore.EXPERIENCE:
6 months - 2 years
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer queries and complaints via various channels.
- Approach and resolve the queries and issues with a customer-centric attitude.
- Offer exceptional customer experience and delight.
- Adhere to the set SLA and TAT.
- Achieve a high customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
- Demonstrate the right attitude with the right tonality in all customer interactions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Any bachelor/master degree.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A quick learner.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Make decisions under pressure and time constraints.
