Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex computer systems, software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
  • Provides technical support in the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions.
  • Involved in report design, solving reliability and maintenance problems or bugs, and design engineering/software engineering.
  • May be involved in customer installation and training.
  • Provides support to customer/users on highly technical or sophisticated products.
  • Requires knowledge of one or more networking system technology areas.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Indepth knowledge of all networks, especially those used by the company Interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in presenting Problem solving and project management.
  • Understanding of business financial planning and budgeting experience.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Negotiation skills.
  • Team working skills.

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
