Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets in the designated area.

Dealer Development: Identify and establish strong relationships with potential dealers in the region to expand the company's network.

B2B Sales: Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on B2B customers in the EV industry.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to dealers and their staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback for management review.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry.
  • Strong understanding of dealer development and channel management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working in the automotive or EV industry.
  • Knowledge of local market conditions and customer preferences in Bilaspur, Chattisgarh.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the designated region.

Pay:
₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
