Marketing Operations Executive.


Your impact on the team:


This is a cross-functional role, designed to guarantee successful collaborative working amongst teams that are focused on the product lifecycle.

Our new Marketing Operations Executive will deliver continued improvement and marketing operations for our complete product portfolio - Higher Education learning solutions, both print and digital, and our Test Preparation solutions.


A typical day might include:


  • Managing the governance, administration, projects, and initiatives that align with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Creating and maintaining product information across our internal and external platforms websites, marketing automation tools, customer relationship management systems, etc.
  • Learning the hierarchy, taxonomy, and other product related attributes/classifications to ensure errorfree communications for our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collecting, organizing, and analysing product data that drives databased decision.
  • Building insights from previous sales trends and present adoption data for optimal demand forecasting that will drive reprint strategies.
  • Supporting our sales and marketing teams to sharpen GTM (gotomarket), strategies and improve customer experience.

What can you bring to the role?

  • Experience of working in a similar, marketing operations, role.
  • An understanding and previous experience of product communications.
  • Experience of the education sector would be preferred but is not essential.
  • We offer training but if you have worked with Marketo previously, it would be very helpful.
  • An analytical mindset and the confidence in working with data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
