Description

Our fitness centre is seeking a certified gym trainer with excellent communication

skills in English and at least 3 years of experience as a

trainer.

As a gym trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing

personalised workout plans for clients, ensuring they are performed safely and

effectively. You will provide guidance on nutrition and overall wellness, as well as

assist with maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop personalised workout plans for clients based on their goals, fitness

level, and medical history.

Demonstrate exercises and routines, explaining proper techniques and

modifications as needed.

Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans accordingly to help clients

achieve their goals.

Offer guidance on nutrition and overall wellness to support clients' fitness

goals.

Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of equipment.
Keep uptodate with the latest fitness trends and techniques and integrate

them into your training plans.

Key Requirements:

Certified gym trainer with at least 3 years of experience.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Knowledge of nutrition and wellness practices.
Ability to develop personalised workout plans based on client needs and

goals.

Ability to demonstrate proper exercise techniques and modifications.
Ability to monitor client progress and adjust workout plans as needed.
Ability to maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality.
