Customer Support Executive**
Responsibilities -
2)Listen attentively to customers' inquiries, concerns, or requests and address them effectively. Provide product information, and technical support to customers.
3)Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and escalating when necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
4)Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales or technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
5)Utilize sales scripts and product knowledge to effectively engage and persuade customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Conduct customer surveys or satisfaction assessments to gather feedback.


Requirements -
1)Minimum Bachelor's degree.
2)Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a Insurance Claiming. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3)Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. should be able to handle multiple tasks, Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
4)Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Good Communication, Convincing & Selling Skills.


  • Languages known

  • English & Hindi
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Working
Days**: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off).
