Understand customer needs and requirements to provide solutions that meet their expectations.- Make outbound calls to warm leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Conduct thorough followups for all inbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues. Accurately and comprehensively document customer interactions
- Identifies client needs through active listening and meaningful conversations.
- Maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Establish and cultivate strong connections with customers, comprehending their unique needs and preferences. And serve as a primary contact for customers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Strive to meet and surpass departmental sales standards.
- Consistently work towards exceeding sales targets while upholding highquality service standards.
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
