Role Overview:


As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, and managing a cohesive and motivated team.


Responsibilities:


1.

Store Operations:

  • Manage daytoday store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure the store is wellmaintained, clean, and visually appealing.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Conduct regular stock assessments and order replenishments as needed.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

5.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Oversee product displays and ensure they align with brand standards.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor budget adherence and expenses.

7.Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in retail management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of retail trends and market dynamics.

Working Conditions:


  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability
