Description

The Key responsibility includes independently handling efficiently all the procurement activities related to HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Sprinkler, Electrical and associated spare parts, Consumables, HK materials, Civil and mechanical spares etc.

To procure equipment, materials complying to Specification requirements given by internal departments.
Procure materials in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.
Prior to ordering, to check all exstocks availability in stores.
All procurement process should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.
Prepares documentation for internal process as per Management requirements and monthly reconciliation report to be shared.
Develops and maintains good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
Maintains company reputation & credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment.
Make GRN all inward materials and maintain issue slips for issuing the materials.
Monthly consumption costing report to be share to respective departments.
Maintain documentation of all RGP/ NRGP materials.
Minimum 58 years relevant experience.
