Responsibilities-

  • Creating and handing invoicing on daily basis for clients.
  • Creating reports for Account receivable and Account Payables.
  • Preparing Vendor reconciliations.
  • Reconciling Purchase and Sale on regular basis.
  • Creating the reports as per the requirement of the management.
  • Ensure that Expense Reports are in compliance with Company policies, check supporting documentation, calculations.
  • Meeting the Timelines and Deadlines relating to Expenses batch close and submitting them further for Payment.
  • Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements-

  • Bachelor's in commerce / master's in commerce or MBA.
  • Wellorganized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work well with a range of individuals.
  • Ability to remain focused in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problemsolving, and analytical skills.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate.
