Job Purpose
- Create sustainable demand for Adhesives products
Key Performance Indicators
Main Responsibilities:
- Open plywood shops outside of Asian Paints dealer network.
- Identify and open hardware shops for sale of Loctite range.
- Work with end users (carpenters, furniture manufacturers, flex manufacturers, stone masons, PVC door manufacturers, etc.) to identify opportunities and generate leads for secondary liquidation.
- Ensure stocking and reordering within Asian Paints dealer network.
Other responsibilities:
- Keep track of workinprogress sites of top carpenters through regular followup.
- Monthly value sale in Adhesives.
- Number of plywood/hardware shops opened.
- Regular billing of Trugrip Ultra and Masking Tapes at plywood shops.
- Number of carpenters qualifying in schemes/loyalty programs.
- Primary billing of products by specified dealer set, to ensure regular stocking.
Scope of Work
a) Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide)
- Specific areas in a depot
Qualifications
- Essential Graduate in any stream

Job Types:

Salary:
₹19, ₹23,200.00 per month
