Job Purpose

  • Create sustainable demand for Adhesives products

Key Performance Indicators

Main Responsibilities:

  • Open plywood shops outside of Asian Paints dealer network.
  • Identify and open hardware shops for sale of Loctite range.
  • Work with end users (carpenters, furniture manufacturers, flex manufacturers, stone masons, PVC door manufacturers, etc.) to identify opportunities and generate leads for secondary liquidation.
  • Ensure stocking and reordering within Asian Paints dealer network.

Other responsibilities:


  • Keep track of workinprogress sites of top carpenters through regular followup.
  • Monthly value sale in Adhesives.
  • Number of plywood/hardware shops opened.
  • Regular billing of Trugrip Ultra and Masking Tapes at plywood shops.
  • Number of carpenters qualifying in schemes/loyalty programs.
  • Primary billing of products by specified dealer set, to ensure regular stocking.

Scope of Work

a) Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide)

  • Specific areas in a depot

Qualifications

  • Essential Graduate in any stream
