Client Description


Awign is a PAN India outsourcing solution, driving business development and research of growing businesses through a unique concept of 'Crowdsourcing in Outsourcing' which leverages the huge student community of UG/PG programs in India.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Checking Identification:

You will need to check the identification of each student to ensure that they are who they say they are, and that they are registered to take the exam.


Explaining Exam Rules:

You will need to explain the rules of the exam to the students, including what they can and cannot do during the exam, and the consequences of any violations.


Distributing and Collecting Exam Materials:

Exam invigilator will be responsible for distributing exam papers, answer sheets, and any other materials needed for the exam.

After the exam, you will need to collect and organize all materials.

Monitoring the Exam:

Exam invigilator will need to monitor the exam room to ensure that students are not cheating or engaging in any other misconduct.

This includes walking around the room, observing students, and addressing any issues that arise.

Handling Emergencies:

In the event of an emergency, such as a fire alarm, you will need to evacuate the exam room and ensure the safety of all students.


Reporting Incidents:

Exam invigilator will need to report any incidents or violations to the appropriate authorities, such as exam boards, schools or colleges.

You will be invigilating different examinations in your city at the mentioned examination center and time.

A detailed training will be provided by the client representative.

Please note

  • You may be required to be present at the exam center for 9 hours/day
You must be present at the examination center at least 2-3 hours prior to the beginning of the examination.


The invigilator is expected to carry his own food and water to the examination center and may not be allowed outside the examination center during the course of the examination.
