FRESHERS for our ORM department


Location:

NOIDA, Delhi (Work From Office Only)

Paid Internship

Responsibility:

  • Monitoring the social handles & platforms across the web
  • Monitoring is done through a tool + manually
  • Posting responses to posts around the brand accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the TAT expected by the client is maintained
  • Making the brand experience better for a user who seems dissatisfied
  • Clearing doubts an individual has about what the brand offers
  • Acknowledging compliments & showcasing the same onbrand social media pages
  • Response management is to be done smartly through a social media listening tool
  • Sharing the brand comments in realtime with the brand managers (of the respective brand)
  • Categorization of the data & deriving meaningful analysis. Sharing the same with the brand
  • Perform research into our clients' industries and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding their reach in the digital space

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
