1 Literature Survey & Lab/Plant trials 1.1 To understand the Chemistry of existing process.
1.2 Generate Lab trials data same as plant by not affecting quality and quantity of product.
1.3 Generate literature survey regarding same process and alternate route
1.4 Process developement for new molecules
1.5 Implement idea in Lab as well as during plant trials 2 Productivity and Improvement 2.1 Conduct Stagewise experiment without affecting quality and quantity as per plant.
2.2 Conduct Plants trials for idea implementation same as Lab to achive saving or quality improvement.
2.3 To ensure about glass wear and Chemicals availability in Lab

To improve performance of Lab operations

3 Safety & Housekeeping 3.1 Ensure 100% complaince for using appropriate PPEs while working in Lab & during Plant Trials
3.2 Provide Refresher training of ERT/ Safety talks to colleagues
3.3 Report near misses related to safety abnormalities ( either unsafe conditions or unsafe act)
3.4 Maintain 5S standards

To ensure Safe Work Place with best housekeeping standards

4 People Development 4.1 Develop colleagues for idea generation
4.2 Provide training and encourage colleagues for generating Kaizens and One Point Lessons for improvements
