Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Hospital Operations during Night shift hours.
- Night Audits of all hospital areas.
- Attend to VIP admissions in the night hours.
- Ensure smooth Emergency department operations in the night.
- Address patient complaints and provide solutions / escalations.
