Description

Engage customers through outbound and inbound calls as an Inside Sales Representative based in
Hyderabad. Utilize your fluent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Telugu to deliver personalized pitches, gather customer information, and provide essential details.

Join our dynamic team in Hyderabad and drive sales success through effective customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle an average of 120 calls per day, managing both outbound and inbound calls.
Dial up warm leads provided by the marketing team.
Conduct initial conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and qualify them further.
Gather relevant information about potential customers' requirements, budget, timeline, and decisionmaking process.
Provide accurate and basic information to customers during calls.
Deliver scripted pitches to customers while adapting them to individual preferences.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead qualification activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in
English, Hindi, and Telugu languages.
Capacity to make calls per day.
Willingness to work a
6day week schedule, which includes
Saturdays and Sundays, with
one week off during weekdays

Ability to effectively engage and interact with customers.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in
Presales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Tele Sales, BPO, Sales, or a related field

Familiarity with
CRM software for managing customer interactions.
