Roles & Responsibilities:

  • A Versatile Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with good experience on US
Recruitment giving the best solution to the client as well as to the consultant.

  • Has to working on W2, C2C and 109
  • Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social
networking sites.

  • Exposure on Targeted Recruiting.
  • Experience in Portal Sourcing using Dice, Monster and Carrier Builder and other Job
Portals.

  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team.

  • Contribute to the human resource management and employment for smooth functioning
of a medical facility.


Requirements:


  • Proven recruiting experience.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based,
stress etc).

  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference
check etc).

  • Ability to organize assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and
IQ/EQ tests etc).

  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill is a must.
