    Description
    AVP Finance Operations

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES:


    • Minimum 16+ years of experience, 8 years at Managerial Level and should have capability to manage 550+ FTEs across multiple accounts
    • Minimum 12+ years of R2R and P2P OR O2C experience is mandatory.
    • Drive ontime, accurate & quality service delivery within agreedupon SLAs for assigned processes
    • Responsible for day to day deliverables in the US, UK, Europe clients
    CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:


    • Minimum 15+ years of experience, 8 years at Managerial Level and should have capability to manage 200+ FTEs
    • Minimum 10+ years of R2R/P2P/O2C experience is mandatory.
    • Drive ontime, accurate & quality service delivery within agreedupon SLAs for assigned processes
    • Identify opportunities to increase existing processes, reviewing the current lifecycle and new business
    • Review FTE requirements, shift plans & capacity planning
    • Responsible for day to day deliverables in the UK or Europe clients
    • Should be ready to work in client specific shifts.
    • Integrate domain knowledge & business understanding to create superior solutions for the client
    • Responsible for customer satisfaction by meeting / exceeding all service levels as agreed with the customer
