MBBS and MD / DNB General Medicine

The job responsibilities of a Senior Resident in General Medicine may include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients with various medical conditions.
  • Supervising junior residents and medical students, providing guidance and mentorship, and overseeing their patient care responsibilities.
  • Participating in research and academic activities, such as teaching medical students and presenting at conferences, to contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge.
  • Managing and coordinating the care of patients with complex medical conditions, including those who require admission to the hospital or intensive care unit.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient history, examination findings, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
