Responsibilities:


Sales Generation:

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth for us, including catering services, private dining events, and corporate partnerships.


Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.


Prospecting and Outreach:

Conduct targeted prospecting efforts to identify and engage potential clients, including corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, and other key stakeholders in the hospitality industry.


Proposal Development:

Collaborate with the culinary and events teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that showcase our offerings and capabilities, tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client.


Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring that all contracts and agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with Masque's business objectives.


Event Coordination:

Work closely with the events team to coordinate logistics and details for private dining events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.


Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform our sales and marketing strategies.


Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue performance, providing regular reports and analysis to management to track progress against goals and objectives.


Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry or related field.


Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules and events.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.

Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, marketing, or related field preferred.


Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
