Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide prompt and effective resolution to customer queries, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our brand.


Responsibilities:


  • Attend to customer calls and messages received through various communication channels promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with customers on social media platforms, including monitoring and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers regarding product features, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries by investigating the root cause and offering appropriate solutions or escalating to the relevant department if needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer care role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.

Salary:
₹10, ₹28,640.23 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Hindi (preferred)
  • English (preferred)
