Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

years related experience in automation, toolkit or content development and testing

Domain (ESGRC) expertise
Technical expertise
Able to demonstrate strength in mentorship/coaching
A collaborative attitude, creative and critical problem solving abilities, and strong work ethic
Experienced role that focuses on:
Developing high Development/QA proficiency
Leading standardization and recommending coding best practices
Leading architectural conversations
Mentorship of junior team members
Expanding domain/usecase expertise
They are primarily evaluated on their ability to lead, mentor and coach Senior and Junior members of the team, and are responsible for guiding them in the quality of their work.
Progresses when:
When they start being involved in strategy development
4+ experience in Python
Some experience in Cloud providers environments (Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform)
Knowledge of standard CI tools : Jenkins / Sonar
Knowledge as well as experience in Docker
Professional experience with REST API design and development
