Position :
Customer care executive
Job Location - Andheri, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Shift Timing - 9AM - 6PM shift. ( 6days working)
Experience : 1-3 years (contact/call center experience)
- Experience in sales or lead qualification process is a must.
- Good to have knowledge of tools like Exotel, Slash, Plivo, Twilio etc.
- Fluent in English and Hindi both spoken and written.
- Good communication skills
