Job Description
- 1 Desktop, Laptop Hardware setup including Assembling troubleshooting.
3- Basic Network trouble shooting in desktops, Laptops and printers.
5- Managing the infra Assets
6- Maintain pro activeness on alerts / tasks by using tools
7- Create tickets for the critical alerts which have been escalated to seniors and update the tickets with the appropriate information.
