Description

SAN Administration in storage Environment.

Configuring and managing CIFS/NFS exports, replications, snapshots in Netapp, EMC Isilon.
Involve in Major Incident troubleshooting.
Taking care of Oncall support. End to End storage administration in EMC and IBM arrays.
Troubleshooting Storage issues
Storage Allocations and reclamations.
Vendor /customer management during the hardware failure issues
Preparing Storage Capacity planning reports.
Resolving daytoday issues in the environment.
Performing Storage environment health checks.
Attending Storage team calls/Meeting and sharing the views.
Monitoring the servers and health checkups

Skills Required:

Storage arrays: EMC Powermax VMAX-AF,, IBM SVC and A9K, HDS VSP G1000,PURE X90 and X70,Netapp,Isilon
-
SAN Switches : Brocade and Cisco Class.

SAN Management Tools: Brocade Web tools, SYMCLI, Unisphere for VMAX, Brocade CLI, DCFM, DCNM

Symmetrix Operations : SRDF/A/S, Time finder Operations [Clone/ Mirror/ Snap], FAST

Data Center, Storage, Server, Firewall, System Admin at L3 level.
