Responsibilities_

- _Support many operational aspects of the recruitment process_
- _Support hiring managers and HR business partners with critical requisitions_
- _Provide support to the team for critical and complex cases_
- _Validating the data included in job requisitions and job descriptions as agreed in SOP_
- _Provide support to schedule interview and manage logistics_
- _Create offer letter as per standardized templates_

Qualifications we seek in you_
Minimum Qualifications_

- _Bachelor's or equivalent education_
- _Deep domain expertise of Talent Acquisition for US Market_
- _Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment_
- _Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward_

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_

- _Experience in Workday ATS or similar applicant tracking systems_
- _External HR certifications from recognized institutes is an advantage_
- _Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently_
- _Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently_
