We are recruiting for the following requirement.


Skill:
Application Support+Middleware

Exp: 3-6yrs

Location:
Bangalore
tier architecture

  • Experience with Installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting issues with
WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss Application and web Servers.

  • Experience with installation, migration, deployment of Enterprise Applications using
WebSphere/WebLogic/JBOSS Application Server and Tomcat Application and web Servers

  • Experience with any industry leading Application or BI tool on WebSphere/WebLogic/JBOSS for
at least 2 year in Production environment in Cloud environment

dealing with performance issues, development and QA support, migration support

  • Ability to configure Clusters, JMS, Virtual Hosts, JDBC, autodeployment, session replication,
  • Good scripting experience on shell, perl and Python
  • Good in SQL and JAVA programing knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of network infrastructure for e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, router, load balancer
etc.

  • Adherence to the support processes and best practices and SLA requirements
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS and Active directory(AD)/LDAP. Basic Knowledge of
infrastructure Monitoring (Nagios preferred)

  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with platform engineering teams on client issues tracking and resolution.
  • Proactive identification of 'problem cases' and engagement with Engineering on improvements
and fix.
