As the Financial Analysis Professional in our Consumer and Business Banking team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities:

Support Location Strategy with actuals and forecast reporting at cost center level or location wise for retail buildings
Monitor and verify if location strategy is as per CCB location and internal consumer guidance
Communicate to Real estate finance team on changes in location strategy for any adjustment in forecast
Review real estate data from Global Real Estate (GRE) Finance and cross check business strategies like headcount & licensing space to ensure Retail & GRE finance data are aligned
Report & verify common space usage is allocated appropriately to all line of business occupying respective building
Regularly drill on GRE data at property level to ensure space allocation to Line of business is as per Business guidance
Reporting indirect allocation of expense to all line of business, providing insight to management on inappropriate allocation
Regular interaction with other real estate stakeholders like GRE Finance, CC location Strategy team, Property Portal management team to coordinate over the abovementioned objectives
Deliver Ad hoc requests on location strategy, budget, actuals, allocation rates for management. Stakeholder management,Project management, Client management.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

4 to 7 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Financial Reporting & Analysis
Strong communication skill needed as role involves interacting with various stakeholders
Good excel skills needed
